    • Representing South African and Australian Software Development companies in majority share acquisition by Italian Company based in Milan;
    • Negotiation and preparation of sole agency agreements for sub-Saharan Africa and the Indian Ocean Islands with worldwide sports timing solutions provider based in the Netherlands;
    • Contract preparation for land acquisition option in respect of US$ 272 million proposed development in Abu Dhabi;
